Returns

We gladly accept returns on full-priced, unopened, and unused products. To initiate a return, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back to our address. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility and will be charged at actuals.
As our products contain no preservatives, opened items cannot be safely repackaged or resold. For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any opened or used products. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.
Please note that Beeja Botanicals is not responsible for damage incurred after delivery.
Once we receive your return, please allow one to three weeks for your request to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.
Any claims relating to shortages, damages, or product faults must be reported on the day of delivery. Please contact us promptly, and our team will assess your case individually. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence, such as photographs of the damage or fault.

Cancellations

Orders placed through beejabotanicals.in may be cancelled at no charge, provided that the cancellation notice is received before shipment is confirmed.
If your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return the products to us, provided they arrive unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the return.
